All recipes in this plan that contain wheat or glutinous ingredients have non-gluten alternatives or substitutions. Alcoholic drinks are not included but it may contain alcohol in the cooking process. Alcohol can be easily replaced with a variety of alternatives such as apple juice, apple cider, ginger ale, white or red wine vinegar, lemon juice, chicken or vegetable broth. All listed substitutions are easy to find and very effective.
For water/liquid intake follow the recommended 6-8 glasses (1.5 l) per day.
